Paying, and
sending it back.

How to pay, what your invoice shows, the 14-day returns rule, faulty goods, and the rights the Australian Consumer Law gives you on top.

How to pay

Customers without an account pay in full, in cleared funds, before dispatch.

Invoices and GST

Every order is invoiced with GST shown separately. Prices quoted to trade customers are ex GST unless we say otherwise. Overdue account balances carry interest at 14% per annum and the costs of recovery.

Returns: change of mind

Not returnable: special order and indent goods, goods cut or modified to your requirement, and clearance lines.

Faulty goods and our mistakes

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back the way you paid: to the same bank account or card, or as a credit on your trade account. We inspect returned goods on arrival and then issue the replacement, credit or refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
