Stock is held in Brisbane and dispatched from Park Ridge, QLD 4125. We do not offer collection from the warehouse at present.

Brisbane metro: our own run

Orders confirmed in the morning are usually delivered the same day on our Brisbane run. Your delivery day is confirmed with your order, so you are never guessing.
Our driver confirms the delivery window with you by text on the morning of delivery.
Pay on delivery is available to established account customers in Brisbane metro by arrangement. Payment is taken when the goods are handed over, by card or cash to the driver, and must clear within 7 days.

Everywhere else

Stock items dispatch in 1 to 2 business days from a confirmed, payable order. Transit time is on top and depends on the carrier and destination.
We deliver Australia-wide through general carriers, and by pallet for bulk. Hardware is dense, so most consignments price on weight.

Site deliveries

Tell us at order time if the delivery is to a site rather than a business address. The site must be accessible to a ute or truck, someone must be there to receive and sign, and pallet deliveries need unloading help or a forklift.

If nobody is there

The goods come back to Park Ridge. Waiting time, failed deliveries and re-deliveries are chargeable.
On pay-on-delivery orders, a failed delivery moves the account back to pay before dispatch for the next three orders.

When it arrives

Check before you sign

If cartons are crushed, wet, re-taped or the count is short, write it on the delivery docket before signing. Report shortages, wrong goods or transit damage in writing within 48 hours, with photographs, to contact@hardhardware.com.au with your invoice number and the product codes. Do not send anything back until we issue a return authority number.
